This is a High Speed rough milling on my CNC.
It is not a very high tech cnc machine, it is an EAGLE 1000 made in taiwan.
I have a toungaloy tool clamped for this work, it is parametarized at Spindle=1400 RPM and Feed=7000 mm/min it cuts 1mm per pass.
During this operation in the beggining due a wrong proccesing strategic plan we had an impact at this video

The filters are reduced to only 20% of their original size. 95% of the residual oil is removed. Automatic cycle feature that lets you load the filter, push a button, & walk away. The retract switch allows for faster cycle operation. Stamps "OTC 25" onto the filter during crushing to show it`s been crushed by 25 tons of force. A shield protects the operator. JET's stated goal for this tool was to design the best spindle sander on the market, and point by point the company has succeeded through better innovation rather than cost cutting. First, this benchtop model is double the weight of others on the market and has a 1/2-horsepower motor versus the 1/4-horsepower motors found elsewhere. This means larger pieces won't bog down and the machine will run smoother. Two excellent design improvements are the relocated and sealed on/off switch (to prevent dust infiltration) and shelves where you can insert and store your five complete spindles. All JET motors are totally enclosed and fan-cooled to prevent overheating and dust infiltration. This translates to longer motor life and less risk of a fire hazard than open motor housing--very important in such a dusty operation. This sander also has a sealed grease box around the oscillation mechanism for dust protection and longer life. The precision-ground table tilts to 45 degrees and accepts a modified insert for angles. Other inserts have air holes to improve dust collection through the 2-inch dust port. While JET shop tools are often sold as price leaders, this one leads with quality instead, and while the price may be higher than other spindle sanders, you get more tool. The Biesemeyer T-square anti-kickback snap-in spreader increases table saw safety by reducing dangerous kickbacks. This spreader snaps in instantly and removes easily on left-tilt unisaws from several manufacturers. Each spreader has a unique mounting bracket designed to mount to the saw using the existing mounting holes for the saw's factory guard/spreader unit. Once the mounting bracket is installed, the spreader will be aligned with the saw blade every time it is removed and reinserted. Remove the splitter blade quickly by taking out the table insert, pulling on the spring loaded pin and pulling the blade out. Insert the spreader into the mounting bracket until the spring-loaded pin engages the hole in the splitter blade to reinstall.

The Biesemeyer T-square anti-kickback splitter is designed to be used in conjunction with a basket-style blade guard. The splitters are not intended to be used with a thin kerf blade. Minimum saw blade thickness is 1/8 inch.

I bought the cheaper version of this (green HF one). Given my research has shown Powertwist is generaly better quality but functionally the same as the green ones, I think the cost increase equals things out pretty much. I am throwing up this review as I regularly use amazon for research and wish someone had "spilled the beans" for me before my purchase.

I proactively bought the link v-belt to replace my relatively new belts in my jointer, table saw and drill press. Given the cost and hindsight being 20-20 I probably would have waited til my "regular" v-belts wore out.

First off, I was getting terrible results until I found out that the "T end" of the links needs to trail in the rotation of the belt. Given proper installation, I can do the penny balance trick on my table saw turnng it on and off.

I really do not understand all the superman-like transformations people are describing. The noise level is not radically different and my machines were not vibrating that much to begin with. Maybe there is significant benefit to smaller contractor style tools, but on larger, properly tuned gear (250lb and up range) I think the difference is probably not worth the cost of proactive replacement. There are much better upgrades that can be had in the woodshop for power tools.

Porter-Cable, the original inventor of the modern pencil sharpener, has been making smart tools since 1906. The company's most recent breakthrough is a portable oscillation spindle sander, a tool unlike anything else on the market. Traditionally, of course, spindle sanders have been bench tools. Now, with Porter Cable's portable model, instead of carrying the workpiece to the tool, you take the tool to the work. Porter-Cable's sander is smooth and quiet, too, and it's easy to operate: simply guide the sander along an edge much the way you would use a router. As with all oscillating spindle sanders, the combination of rotating and oscillating action delivers a smooth, burn-free surface.

This is a sizable tool, but the smooth action and the molded body make it comfortable to hold and easy to maneuver. You can adjust the speed of the orbits and the rate of oscillation, letting the sanding action easily adapt to a variety of applications. There's also an adjustable edge guide with two fences that work like infeed and outfeed tables on a jointer, so you can determine exactly how much material you want removed. This sander also mounts to Porter-Cable's router table, giving you the option of inverting it and using it as a benchtop sander. There's also an integrated dust port for dust collection. Porter-Cable's model 3812 includes a combination of full-size features not often found on bench-top saws. With a full 24-1/2-inch rip capacity, this saw has no trouble ripping a half sheet of plywood. A convenient lever under the front of the table operates slide-out material support rails. A contractor style miter gauge with standard 3/4-inch T-slots offers better support and improved accuracy. A full-size throat plate simplifies blade changes and has room for 13/16-inch stacked dado blades. An exclusive full-size trunion mounting system minimizes vibration and maintains the centerline of the blade throughout bevel travel and reduces time-consuming fence adjustments.

Weighing only 60 pounds, this saw is light enough for one individual to manage, yet sturdy enough to perform demanding cuts. The unit stores easily in a mini-van or pick-up for convenient portability. On-board tool and accessory storage for wrenches, extra blades, blade guards, fences, the miter gauge and cord keeps things in reach and minimizes downtime. Plus, a click-in/click-out blade guard means quick and easy set-up/break-down during transport.

The 15-amp model 3812 features an electric brake for faster workflow. With rails extended, a 3/4-inch panel can be inserted to provide full table support. A rack and pinion bevel adjustment system means faster and more accurate bevel setting from –2 degrees to 47 degrees.

Other user-friendly features include an easy access on/off switch positioned in an up-front location, a base that attaches to a bench, stand, or two-by-four sawhorse mount, and a rip measurement scale located to the right of the fence for a clear line-of-sight during use. A rotating dust nozzle moves with the motor housing to channel dust through the rear of the saw as efficiently as possible. When used with the optional out-feed support, the saw provides solid support both to the right and the rear of the blade. The Job Site Table Saw comes complete with a premium Riptide 24-tooth carbide-tipped blade, premium miter gauge, rip fence, quick-release blade guard, blade wrenches, and operating manual.

woodworkers everywhere can now enjoy the speed and precision of stationary routing without having to buy or build a router table. The 40-031 ProMax Router Table Extension bolts directly to the edge of most 10-inch table saws, thus providing a flat, rock-solid platform for mounting a router.

The roomy cast-iron extension measures 16 inches wide by 27 inches long, and comes with a durable phenolic insert plate for mounting the router, and a smooth-sliding fence. The table has an adjustable miter gauge T-slot and an accessory slot that accepts featherboards and other accessories. The fence has adjustable sub-fences, a dust-collection port for attaching a vacuum hose, and two integral jointer settings (1/32 inch and 1/16 inch) for jointing board edges perfectly straight. Most portable benchtop table saws can be divided into two categories: 1.) inexpensive, flimsy models that are lightweight, but lack the power to do any serious cutting, or 2.) expensive, large-capacity saws that are too heavy to easily transport. Then there’s the Jet Model 708315. This 10-inch benchtop saw has a 15 amp, 5,000 rpm motor that provides plenty of raw cutting power, yet it weighs just 62 pounds.

The saw has an ample 20- by 27-inch table with an extension wing that creates a cutting capacity of 24-1/2 inches. It cuts up to 3 inches deep with the blade set at 90 degrees, and up to 2-1/2 inches with it bevel-set at 45 degrees. Unlike most benchtop table saws in this price range, which have direct-drive motors, this Freud saw transfers power from the motor to the blade arbor via a poly V-belt; the result is a saw that runs much quieter and smoother.

For the price, Makita's 10-inch portable table saw is a solid choice for the job site. The 15 amp motor packs plenty of power, and with a 3-9/16-cut capacity, this saw will rip four-by material on a single pass. This saw also has an electric brake, so adjustments between cuts are both safer and quicker to make. The table's a good size, too: 27 by 22 inches. We also really like the saw's new cam-lock rip fence, which is much easier to adjust than double-locking designs. The bevel adjust has a pretty good rack-and-pinion design (metal, admittedly, would be better). All in all, this saw strikes a nice balance between weight (only 40 pounds) and vibration (minimal). Simply put, the Makita 2703 is a solid saw, better for the job site (quick, powerful, lightweight) than the home shop. For the shop, we'd recommend a saw with a more accurate fence. --Jon Groebner

We think this benchtop is actually a cabinet saw in a compact, totally portable disguise. Its looks are completely deceiving, because it handles any job a big saw can, yet it’s compact for the home workshop and super convenient to take to a job site.

First, it’s got the largest table surface in the worksite class, but lift the lock handle and open out the built-in extension rails and, believe it or not, you’re running sheet goods with a 25-inch rip capacity. The table surface is smooth as glass, and with a coat of wax on it, it’s superb. The extension rails ride effortlessly and lock securely, and the extension doesn’t give even under a full sheet of 3/4-ply. Bosch sells auxiliary left-side and rear supports for unbeatable capacity and stability.

The fence, not even considering that it’s on a benchtop, is awesome. It locks front and back, slides like a dream, detaches and seats without any struggle, stores neatly right on board, and the viewer has a great magnifying lens (though none of us will admit we need it yet) for ultra-accurate fence settings. Out of the box, our fence was totally true and perpendicular to the blade. We like the substantial height of it, and it will easily accommodate any type of auxiliary fence you might want to put on it. The miter gauge is sturdier than what we usually see on a benchtop, and it’s longer, too, for a little more room at the infeed and more stability, too. Positive stops were right on when we checked ours out of the box, but of course, you’ll want to check yours anyway. And like the fence, the miter gauge stores neatly right on the saw base.

Startup is jar-free, and it’s surprisingly quiet for a 15-amp saw, even under a full load. We didn’t experience any bogging down at all in our trials, and Bosch says that’s due to what they call Constant Response Circuitry. We’re just toolhounds here, not rocket scientists, but it has something to do with monitoring the torque demand on the machine and instantly adjusting to deliver enough power for a totally consistent speed. It’s direct drive, of course, yet we felt no-—and we mean zero—-vibration. Now, that could be because it’s heavier than you’d expect a worksite saw to be, but because of the wheeled stand, that’s definitely not a detractor.

Once the saw is mounted to this ingenious stand (and that’s not a taxing task), it only takes seconds to set up or break down with practically no effort. It actually uses the saw’s weight to raise and lower it, and it’s perfectly balanced and provides an ergonomically comfortable work height. Big, beefy, treaded pneumatic tires roll beautifully over even the most rugged jobsite surfaces.

Bosch probably intended this as a worksite saw, but we think it’s ideal too for the home woodworker and do-it-yourselfer, especially one who’s tight on space. The stand lets you fold it up and roll it out of the way when your work is done. Absolutely can’t go wrong with this one.--Kris Jensen-Van Heste

The saw’s large 12-inch blade, powerful 3-horsepower motor and dual slide rail permits crosscutting boards up to 4-1/2 inches thick by 12 inches long. When set for a 45-degree miter-cut, it’ll cut up to 4 inches thick by 8-1/2 inches long. At a 45-degree bevel, the saw’s capacity is 2-3/4 inches by 12 inches. And when you set both the miter and bevel angles for a compound cut, the saw will cut up to 2-3/4 inches by 8-1/2 inches. This is the ideal tool for installing crown molding. It’ll cut crown up to 12 inches wide when the molding is laid flat on the worktable, and up to 6 inches wide when it’s held at an angle against the saw fence.

2. eBay's affiliate program follows this basic formula, but with a few twists.
3. It pays a lot. Each user who follows your link to eBay, signs up and then bids on anything within 30 days will earn you $20. Most affiliate programs will only give you something like 10 percent of the user's first purchase. What's more, for each existing eBay user who clicks through from your site and then places a bid or buys something, you'll get 10c.
4. You can be your own affiliate. If you just link to your own auctions with your affiliate link number from your own website, then you're getting money without sending buyers to anyone except yourself. There aren't many affiliate programs that can say that.

To get around the Skil patents[citation needed], Art Emmons of Porter-Cable invented the direct-drive sidewinder saw in 1928.
